Within moments of Jeffrey Epstein’s arrest, it was predicted he would die before he’d get a chance to testify.
So when he perished in his jail cell, not many people were surprised.
However, a photo of Jeffery Epstein’s dead body and his ear has skeptics whispering conspiracy.
Now, this isn’t a “he got killed by the Clintons” conspiracy.
And what’s most interesting is those whispering about the photo of Epstein’s dead body sit on both sides of the aisle.
Both liberals and conservatives agree something fishy is going on here.
Joe Scarborough of MSNBC tweeted, “He reportedly tried to kill himself two weeks ago. And is allowed to finish the job now [that he’s on suicide watch]? Bullsh*t.”
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was beyond upset that he died while in protective custody and took to Twitter to express her outrage and her hope that answers would be forthcoming.
“We need answers. Lots of them,” the freshman Congresswoman tweeted.
What we know so far is that Epstein should have never had the chance to kill himself.
He had been placed on suicide watch after it appeared he tried to kill himself two weeks ago, but was taken off suicide watch just before his death.
His cell was also supposed to be under 24/7 video surveillance, and it’s incredibly convenient that the video camera malfunctioned at the time of his death.
Another odd detail is that Epstein’s cellmate had been transferred earlier that week.
And the Associated Press reports that the correctional officers tasked to watch Epstein were so busy that they didn’t have time to check on him.
Apparently a staffing shortage caused them to neglect their duties.
But some people believe the recent photos posted of Epstein’s dead body may indicate he didn’t die at all.
They claim contours of the dead man’s inner ear look markedly different than pictures of Epstein’s ears when he was alive.
The same photo also shows the deceased with a curved nose, whereas Epstein had a very straight nose.
So what does this mean?
People are speculating that Epstein may have procured a body double to come in and replace him or was able to provide a fake corpse so he could stage an escape.
Neither theory sounds plausible, but given the extreme oddities surrounding his death, they can’t be ruled out either.
But here’s the thing that should have all who are concerned about Epstein’s untimely death feeling exuberant.
Just because Epstein is dead, doesn’t mean Trump’s Department of Justice is going to let this case go.
William Barr has vowed to go after every single accomplice of Epstein’s. That would include the Clintons.
Barr said at a press conference in New Orleans, “Let me assure you that this case will continue on against anyone who was complicit with Epstein. Any co-conspirators should not rest easy. The victims deserve justice, and they will get it.”
“I was appalled and frankly angry to learn of the [jail’s] failure to adequately secure this prisoner. We are now learning of serious irregularities at this facility that are deeply concerning and demand a thorough investigation.”
“We will get to the bottom of what happened, and there will be accountability,” Barr concluded.
While it might not offer much comfort to the victims of Epstein, it’s refreshing to know that the DOJ and Trump are serious about making sure this awful man and his partners in crime will be held accountable for their heinous actions…whether in this life, or the next.
