New Analysis Proves Wikipedia a Bigger Part of the Deep State Than Anybody Imagined

Wikipedia is the global online juggernaut that put those encyclopedia sets of yesteryear virtually out of business.

And we already know that Wikipedia is in fact a far-left institution and the whole company is filled with liberals.

Now new analysis proves Wikipedia is a bigger part of the deep state propaganda machine than we could’ve imagined.

Usually what happens within big corporations is that the values of the CEO are instilled into the company’s policies. If you don’t like it, well, there’s the door.

For instance, Chick-Fil-A founder and former CEO, Truett Cathy, refused to be open on Sundays because of his devout Christian faith. And every franchise must abide by that as well.

Now, compare that to other corporations that actually have truly sinister agendas.

Wikipedia CEO Jimmy Wales has never hidden his disgust for President Trump. He’s referred to him as a “lunatic” and announced on Twitter that he would move to the United Kingdom until Trump left office.

And unlike the countless other celebrities who swore to leave the country, Wales actually did.

Wales clearly has Trump Derangement Syndrome and yet is in control of world history facts on Wikipedia. It shouldn’t even need to be said, but encyclopedias should definitely not have rampant bias.

But if you think that’s bad, what you’re about to read is infinitely worse.

A late 2018 analysis by a Wikipedia editor – who had been banned from the site at the time due to criticism of his conservative bias – revealed that the left-wing outlets The Guardian, New York Times, and the BBC were the three most-cited news sources on Wikipedia.

Meanwhile, conservative outlets were hugely discredited and disfavored by Wikipedia for not meeting the requirements of “reliable sources.”

This should not be taken lightly –Wikipedia’s influence is massive.

The Guardian, New York Times, and BBC already have their own history of inaccuracies and left-wing rhetoric.

Journalist T.D. Adler notes:

“In addition to the left-wing bias exhibited in Wikipedia’s content and sourcing, such bias is increasingly espoused by the Wikimedia Foundation itself, the group that owns Wikipedia. Earlier this month the Foundation endorse the BlackLivesMatter movement in the wake of protests and riots over the police-involved death of George Floyd stating there is “no neutral stance” on “racial justice” issues. Wikipedia articles on George Floyd protests demonstrate a lack of neutrality matching the Foundation’s rhetoric. The Foundation also committed to establishing a “code of conduct” potentially enforced by its staff, in contrast to the normally self-regulating nature of Wikipedia, to create a “safe space” that was “inclusive” to all. Such moves likely mean the online encyclopedia’s left-wing bias will only worsen in the future.”

Online “information” sites like Wikipedia are so accessible that they can get away with infusing progressive ideologies into anything they want.

Wikipedia should be viewed as the fake news liberal propaganda machine that it is.
