Deep State operatives have controlled much of the government for decades, shaping the policies of both Republican and Democrat presidents.
They were horrified when Donald Trump was elected because they feared he wouldn’t let them run things.
And now, Donald Trump, with this one action, put the Deep State on notice he won’t.
Call it what you will, but the Deep State is a real thing and it has existed probably since the very creation of our great Republic.
Some call them faceless bureaucrats, others say they are more of a “ruling class,” and some even believe they are part of a larger one-world government cabal.
For years, people who talked about these things were labeled by the complicit media as radicals at best, and at worst, insane lunatics.
But the election of Donald Trump changed all that.
And it’s all because the Deep State operatives, so well hidden for years, started coming out of their basement offices and dark corners to attempt an actual overthrow of an elected U.S. President.
Not just once, but multiple times.
Many were left wondering why these life-long policy makers would risk their cushy government jobs in order to remove a President.
Sure, he talked of “draining the swamp” and he did in fact start that process.
But it turns out there was more reason they risked their necks to try and “get rid” of President Trump.
Just yesterday, the President announced the United States is cutting troop levels in Iraq by nearly half.
The cut is part of the President’s ongoing foreign policy shifts that the Deep State and their neocon cheerleaders just can’t stomach.
They are mad enough that he won’t start any new wars, but now he is starting the process of reducing U.S. military presence around the world.
This first step will cut U.S. troops in Iraq to 3,000 forces, according to the top U.S. commander in the Middle East, in a long-expected move that will help fulfill President Trump’s goal of reducing the Pentagon’s overseas deployments.
The decision to reduce the 5,200 troops now in Iraq comes three weeks after President Trump met in Washington with Mustafa al-Kadhimi, the Iraqi Prime Minister.
One purpose of the meeting was to complete the details of the troop withdrawal.
“This reduced footprint allows us to continue advising and assisting our Iraqi partners in rooting out the final remnants of ISIS in Iraq and ensuring its enduring defeat,” Gen. Kenneth F. McKenzie Jr., the Commander of the military’s Central Command, said while in Iraq on Wednesday.
Gen. McKenzie continued, “This decision is due to our confidence in the Iraqi security forces’ increased ability to operate independently,” General McKenzie said.
The move comes eight weeks before the November presidential election and has the Deep State and their allies in the never-Trump camp furious.
Because if there is one thing the Deep State and anti-Trump forces can’t stand, it’s that he is remaking American foreign policy.
And they aren’t involved!
This means less war, less death, and less profit for their buddies. And that simply can’t be allowed.
Look for the President to make more cuts in overseas deployments and bring more troops home, where they belong.
