One of the tenets of socialism is to create class warfare.
In most cases, this usually requires the wealthy and middle class to give everything to the poor.
In America’s socialist world however, it’s the socialist billionaires demanding the poor give everything to them.
The Democrat Party in the United Sates has long believed that giving people money and “free stuff” is the way to keep them happy and voting.
Of course, they conveniently neglect the burden this puts on the average American taxpayer – not to mention handouts can only keep people happy for so long.
But then again, handouts were never meant to be anything more than a short-term placebo.
Especially when the SJW and BLM activists are involved.
It turns out there’s only one thing more important than the socialist paradise envisioned by all those millennial purple-haired rich kids – and it’s that Oprah Winfrey needs another mansion and you need to pay for it.
Why?
Because she’s black.
And black means slavery.
You know slavery, that vile and evil institution that ended here in America long before it ended in Africa.
It’s why Oprah Winfrey never stood a chance and why LeBron James can’t leave his house without being shot at by police and why all the other successful black billionaires have had no success here in the greatest nation on earth – you know, because slavery.
And it’s why billionaire and founder of BET (Black Entertainment Television) Robert L. Johnson is calling on the U.S. government to pay black Americans $14 trillion dollars in reparations.
In an interview with VICE, Johnson said the amount of $14 trillion will be enough to “close the black-white wealth gap.”
But before you go and think Johnson is generously offering some of his billions of dollars towards reparations, he wants everyone to know that he—and ALL black billionaires—are owed a check too.
“No one ever asks if [a white-owned business] is too rich to benefit from investing in a football stadium’ or receiving other benefits like preferential tax treatment or liquidity injections from the Federal Reserve,” Johnson said.
This is astounding. Johnson is the epitome of a successful black man, a black man whom, despite all odds, has succeeded in a way most people – black or white – only dream to succeed.
The idea that the current generation of American citizens “owe” something to a community that never experienced slavery themselves is laughable.
Johnson went on to say to VICE, “Reparations had two components: The first was atonement, and the other was monetary. With no doubt whatsoever, it was supposed to come from the government representing the people of the country. It was reimbursement, or recompense if you will, for the harm.”
“Reparations would require the entire country to … admit that the result of slavery has been 200 years of systemic racism and for that reason Black folks have been denied $13-15 trillion of wealth and therefore we as a country now must atone by paying Black people of all stripes —the rich ones, the poor ones, and the middle—out of our pocket.”
Of course, never mentioned are the white Americans who are descendants of slaves.
And will Kamala Harris be paying reparations for the slaves her ancestors owned?
Just how far back in history are we going to go here?
Do I get to seek reparations from the Romans for invading my ancestors Celtic home? How about the Vikings?
Sadly, this is only the beginning.
As extreme radical leftists like Johnson continue to pressure the government for more handouts, the American economy will suffer, and in the end, no one wins – except the wealthy elite like Johnson.
But that’s how socialism works.
