The radical left has taken the First Amendment and turned it on its head.
In many ways, free speech is only granted to the radical progressives and woke liberals.
Which is why one Barack Obama official said an unspeakable thing about those who oppose forced mask mandates.
Over the past months, it’s become socially and politically acceptable to discriminate against those who don’t wear masks or remain unvaccinated.
In fact, according to Arne Duncan, the former secretary of education under Obama, anti-maskers aren’t much different than the terrorist group ISIS.
“Have you noticed how strikingly similar both the mindsets and actions are between the suicide bombers at Kabul’s airport, and the anti-mask and anti-vax people here? They both blow themselves up, inflict harm on those around them, and are convinced they are fighting for freedom,” Duncan said in a recent tweet.
There’s not much for us to say about this statement other than it’s just more proof the powers-that-be want full control.
His disgusting attack on parents and all Americans who care deeply about the health and welfare of their children and grandchildren shows the abject contempt these people have for anyone with differing views.
To compare people who want to make their own health decisions about their own bodies to a radical Islamist terrorist group that just slaughtered more than 100 innocent people in Kabul is vile – if not just pure ignorance.
Some Americans still remain trapped in Afghanistan, while families mourn the lives of the U.S. troops killed in the ISIS attack.
And Americans, overall, on the left and right, are still reeling from Biden’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan.
But Arne’s tweet didn’t go unnoticed and many had harsh words for the former Obama administration official.
“It takes a radically out of touch and vile person to compare American Parents who don’t want our kids in masks to Muslim Terrorists who blow up our kids,” former state treasurer of Ohio Josh Mandel tweeted.
“Knowing this guy ran Dept of Ed for eight years under Obama explains all the insanity in our public schools happening right now, doesn’t it?” radio host Larry O’Connor said.
America is no longer a place of freedom for all.
Remember when that depiction of health, Michael Moore, compared Christian conservatives to the Taliban in an interview with Variety?
Or when actress Rosanna Arquette said the GOP is comprised of “terrorists” who “support destroying democracy”?
Unless we fight and take back our nation, these politicians and establishment bureaucrats will continue to run roughshod over our liberties.
