Joe Biden’s Supreme Court Pick is Backed by This Disgusting Dark Money Group

Everyone knew Biden’s Supreme Court pick would be a radical leftist.

But most observers would be shocked to find out just how bad she actually is.

Now we know after this disgusting dark money group came out in support of her nomination.

Supreme Court Justices take a sacred oath to uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution.

It is not optional – it is required.

Of course, we know the liberal justices have a long history of trying to impose their leftist ideology on the American people through court decisions.

But rarely have we seen Supreme Court nominees whose supporters openly and actively call the Constitution trash.

Well, we have now.

It turns out one of them is a leading left-wing political pundit and also a key leader of dark-money group, Demand Justice – which is funding a million-dollar campaign to confirm President Biden’s nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court.

Elie Mystal is listed as director on Demand Justice’s IRS application and recently made a big splash during an appearance on ABC’s The View.

When asked whether he believed the Constitution was a “living document or is it a sacred document,” Mystal said the U.S. Constitution “is kind of trash.”

It turns out this sentiment is also part of Mystal’s new book, Allow Me to Retort: A Black Guy’s Guide to the Constitution.

In fact, the day before his appearance on The View, Mystal had recommended the Constitution simply be thrown out for something “more inclusive.”

“You don’t need to be a legal scholar to understand your own rights. You don’t need to accept the ‘whites only’ theory of equality pushed by conservative judges. You can read this book to understand that the Constitution is trash, but doesn’t have to be,” the book’s publisher states on its website.

Not surprisingly, Mystal couldn’t be reached for comment – or anyone at Demand Justice for that matter.

Obviously Mystal’s remarks about the Constitution being “trash” while pushing for a justice to sit on the highest court in the land should be something of a problem for most people..

Ketanji Brown Jackson has been on Demand Justice’s internal “shortlist” for suggested Supreme Court nominees and the organization recently announced a $1 million effort to fund an ad campaign supporting her nomination.

Funding will come mainly from Demand Justice Initiative, a charity associated with the organization, who told the IRS it will bring in $4,250,000 in 2022. This money will go directly to Demand Justice for its efforts.

So far there is no indication if any Senator will question Jackson’s ties to Demand Justice or if she, too, believes the Constitution is trash.
