The treasonous leak of the draft Supreme Court decision regarding Roe v. Wade was bad enough.
But then threats of violence and even death threats started coming in.
And now Nancy Pelosi has put Supreme Court Justices in real danger with one shocking action.
Most Americans recognize the Supreme Court leak for what it was – an attempt to foment violence and upheaval to influence the Court’s decision on overturning Roe v. Wade.
The left simply can’t stand the thought of not being able to continue the wholesale slaughter of innocent children.
They know that if Roe vs. Wade is overturned, some states will make murder illegal, so they’re willing to do anything to stop the Court from overturning Roe, including violating the very sanctity of the Court itself.
While no official word has come out yet (it seems the FBI can’t figure out who leaked the draft), it appears obvious it was one of Justice Sotomayor’s clerks.
And the leak has had its desired effect.
Mass protests, firebombings, death threats against Supreme Court Justices and conservative members of Congress, and even physical assaults on pro-life leaders have occurred.
Shockingly, requests by the Governors of Virginia and Maryland for the federal government to end the illegal protests being held in front of Justices’ homes (it is a federal crime to protest outside of a Supreme Court Justice’s home in order to try and influence a case) have been met with silence.
And now, Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats have taken it one step further.
House Democrats are blocking a Senate-passed bill that would provide security protection for the members of the Supreme Court
who are being threatened with violence and intimidation from radical pro-aborts.
In fact, one pro-life group, Students for Life, was forced to hire private security to keep their students safe from attacks as well.
The bipartisan Senate-passed bill was introduced by Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) and Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE).
The legislation, if passed, would provide 24-hour security protection for the Justices and their families.
The legislation also gives Supreme Court police the authority to arrest individuals who interfere with the Court’s ability to perform its duties and allows a criminal penalty for individuals who impede or obstruct police duties.
But Democrats in the House say the bill doesn’t go far enough – they want the bill to include protection of Supreme Court staff.
One staffer on Capitol Hill said the theory is Democrats are trying to devise a way to get protection for the clerk who leaked the draft decision in the first place!
If true, Nancy Pelosi and House Democratic leadership are putting Justices and their families at great risk while they figure out a way to protect the very person responsible for the violence that’s occurred.
