With all the talk of impeachment and scandal, President Trump needs his allies more than ever.
One of those allies is Attorney General William Barr.
And you’ll never believe what President Trump just sent him to do.
Since Donald Trump took office, his presidency has been marred by false claims of collusion, scandal, and crime.
RINOs, Never-Trumpers, and the left are determined to get the President impeached at any cost – even by making false claims of treason.
These claims started with the false accusation that President Trump colluded with the Russian government and Vladimir Putin to rig the 2016 election.
After an extensive and costly investigation found no evidence of collusion, the President seemed to finally be in the clear.
But now, new allegations and whistleblowers are coming forward with more claims.
The latest effort by the left involves Maltese professor Josef Mifsud who had contacted a Trump campaign advisor during the 2016 election to tell them the Russian government had thousands of damaging emails on Hillary Clinton.
Recently, the Italian government launched an inquiry into Joseph Mifsud based on a theory that Mifsud was an Italian intelligence operative who had been used by the CIA and FBI to trap Donald Trump’s campaign advisor by pretending to be a Russian agent.
The Italian government has since dismissed Mifsud, saying they had nothing to do with him and that the man would not make a good asset.
Still, Attorney General Barr appointed top federal prosecutor John Durham to seek out the truth of whether or not the CIA and FBI did spy on Donald Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign.
Barr even traveled to Italy twice to work with the Italian government and ask for their assistance in getting to the bottom of this Deep State conspiracy against our President.
Unfortunately, the Italian government saw Mifsud as “no value or use” and “viewed him as a fool and saw no point of contacting him. They didn’t even debrief him after he was in the news.”
The President claimed to not know all the details of Barr’s trips to Italy, but said Barr’s meetings in Italy were “appropriate because the word is, and you read it in the same papers that I do, that they did go to other countries to try and hide what they were doing. Italy may have been one of them.”
“I just know that our country is looking into the corruption of the 2016 election,” Trump told reporters.
“It was a corrupt election, whether it’s [James] Comey or [Andrew] McCabe or [Peter] Strzok or his lover Lisa Page. There was a lot of corruption. Maybe it goes right up to President Obama. I happen to think it does. But you look at [John] Brennan and you look at [James] Clapper, and you get some real beauties.”
