Ilhan Omar is one of the most radical members of Congress.
She’s already been accused of using her Muslim faith to justify her anti-Semitism.
Now she’s been caught attacking Christians during Easter.
The embattled Minnesota congresswoman Ilhan Omar has had her share of controversy.
She’s even been accused of marrying her own brother in a scheme to illegally get him into the U.S.
And she’s made no secret of her disdain for the United States, even though this nation took her and her family in from war-torn Somalia and gave her the opportunity to rise up from being a poor immigrant to a U.S. Congresswoman.
And nowhere is her disdain more evident than in her hatred of Christianity – which was on full display over the holiest of Christian holidays, Easter.
After seeing a video of a group of Christians singing praise-and-worship songs on a plane, Omar took to Twitter to attack them.
She scornfully wrote, “I think my family and I should have a prayer session next time I am on a plane. How do you think it will end?”
It didn’t take long for the backlash.
Former Democrat and current GOP candidate for Congress in Georgia, Vernon Jones, tweeted back, “Why do you hate Christians, Ilhan? If the freedom of religion we enjoy here in America disturbs you, feel free to pack your bags and head back to Somalia, Sudan, or wherever you’re from. Take your brother with you.”
Ilhan’s GOP opponent had this response: “Qatar – a country you’re very familiar with – plays Islamic prayers on the intercom before takeoff on their planes. They have a designated prayer area & coordinates for Mecca are posted on the screens. It’s no problem. The issue is you hate Christians & Jews & lots of Muslims.”
One of the best responses came from political and Christian podcaster Allie B. Stuckey who tweeted this, “Ilhan Omar asks how people would react if her Muslim family sang their worship songs on a plane. I don’t know, but it’s gotta be better than the reaction to Christian worship in her home country of Somalia, where Christians are slaughtered for praying in public.”
It’s very telling that, on a weekend where there were three mass shootings, ongoing Bidenflation, Russian attacks on Ukraine, and more violent Communist Chinese crackdowns on its own people, a U.S. Congresswoman chooses to spend her time focused on a group of Christians singing.
This really shows where her priorities lie.
And it really shows that she, like so many of the radical left, is out to destroy our constitutional republic and the Christian church.
Unless the American people are willing to get the training to learn how to effectively fight back and win, the Ilhan Omars of the world will continue to impose their radical agenda on us all.
